The temperature rose to 27° under the sun in Le Mans for the Micro Max final of the RMCIT. Joshua Cooke (GBR – Kosmic/Rotax) was once again in the lead over Austin Oman (GBR – Exprit/Rotax).
Alfie Mair (GBR – ZIP/Rotax) was 3rd ahead of Marc Andria Quesada (FRA – Tony Kart/Rotax) and
Charlie Page (GBR – Synergy/Rotax). A spectacular but harmless incident involving Kenzo Guinhut (FRA – Tony Kart/Rotax) led to the deployment of the slow procedure. The race was restarted on the 3rd lap. Mair moved into 2nd place ahead of Oman. Dominik Rozsa (HUN – Croc Promotion/Rotax) was fourth, followed by Pedro Faria (BRA – Energy/Rotax). Mair took the lead on lap 5. The top three were within 1.2 tenths of each other. Cooke was back in P1 ahead of Oman on lap 6. The leading trio became a raging quinté. With two laps to go, Oman was leading ahead of Mair and Cooke. Cooke won the final lap, 7 tenths ahead of Mair and Oman, followed by Rosza in 4th and Faria in 5th. Quesada finished 6th.
